Team Coach
Being a part of the dental field for the last 35 years, Diane brings a wealth of experience to her position as office manager. She earned her dental assisting degree in 1988 and since has worked as dental assistant, front office, scheduling coordinator and manager. Leading teams to success and building strong patient relationships is her passion. Working side by side with her daughter, Dr. Massa, is a dream come true. When not at work, Diane and her husband of 20 years, Bill, very much enjoy family time with their 7 grandchildren, cooking, shopping and traveling. Yes, football of course and caring for her two doggies, Roxy and Chika!
ANDI
Patient Coordinator
We’re still not really sure what inspired Andi to apply with us, but we’re glad she did! Andi has a master’s degree in Secondary Education, she (kinda) plays the trombone, likes to bake but lives the keto life, and she spent a few years dinking around the digital marketing world before joining our Total Wellness team. Now she’s the friendly face you’ll see most often at the front desk or the voice you’ll hear on the phone when you call to schedule your appointment. A native Kansan, she’s enjoying Ohio life and is getting used to people shouting O-H at random times and places. She’s even getting better at responding with the appropriate I-O with gusto! She and her husband enjoy visiting their daughters in Maryland and Kansas, and they are actively recruiting said daughters to join them in lovely Ohio. It’s a long shot, but she will keep working on them.
Katie
Treatment Coordinator
Certified Dental Assistant
Katie enjoys comforting and educating patients by ensuring they understand their dental procedures and helping them to feel confident about their smile.
She holds and maintains her certification with the Dental Assisting National Board and has been working chairside as a dental assistant and in the dental profession since 2003.
Outside of the office, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, Bobby and their five children. She also enjoys traveling, working out, gardening and is very enthusiastic about her indoor plant collection. Ask Katie about her plants the next time you visit!

Alexa
Registered Dental Hygienist
Alexa graduated in 2015 with her Dental Hygiene degree. Shortly after, she moved to Columbus from Dayton, OH. Her favorite thing about dentistry is building relationships with her patients. She loves hearing about their kids, travel plans, and especially their pets!
She has 3 fur babies of her own. Two wiener dogs and a corgi! Her and her husband recently bought their first house and welcomed their new baby girl, Hazel!
The only controversial thing about Alexa is that she is a huge Michigan fan!! Not the easiest thing living in Columbus but you'll definitely find her in maize and blue during football season! #GoBlue

Kathy graduated from The Ohio State University in 2013 with her bachelors in dental hygiene. Her favorite part about being a dental hygienist is educating her patients on the importance of oral hygiene. She is a firm believer that the mouth is the gateway to your body and a healthy body starts with a healthy mouth.
When she’s not at the office you can find her spending time with her family. Her and her husband Kyle started their greatest adventure when they recently became parents to their beautiful daughter, Maeve. She is loving this new stage of life.
Some of her favorite activities include long family walks with their two pups (Gunner and Bodhi), cozying up with a good book, board game night with friends, hitting up a good yoga class, spending time in her garden, and traveling the world with her family.
She’d love to hear all the baby stories and parenting advice you might have for her!

Originally from Tunisia, Inès (aka Ness) moved to Columbus, OH to pursue her dream of attending THE Ohio State University. She received both her bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene and her EFDA certification at OSU. Go bucks!!
Inès is passionate about helping her community and connecting with patients through their oral health.
Outside of work, her hobbies include horseback riding, outdoor adventures, and of course, playing with her golden retriever puppy, Lucy.

Hello! My name is Tatiana. I am one of the dental assistants here. Born in Puerto Rico, raised in Ohio. I am married to my best friend and we have 2 beautiful daughters and 2 fur babies (cats). Some of my hobbies include reading any fantasy or murder mystery book, checking out a new restaurant with the family, and doing anything outdoors.
I really love my job and what I do. My ultimate goal is for patients to leave with a smile on their face and to have had a wonderful dental experience.

Meet Jessica, a dedicated dental professional hailing from Dayton, Ohio, but now calling Columbus home since 2022.
With a passion for dental care, she earned her EFDA certification from Sinclair Community College in 2022 and has been helping make smiles brighter since 2018.
Jessica shares her life with her best friend and newly married husband, Jameson, and their golden retriever fur baby, Skye.
Outside the dental realm, you'll often find her enjoying quality time with siblings and friends, hitting the gym, relishing any sunny outdoor activities, or catching football or baseball games.
Currently on a quest to explore Columbus, Jessica would love any of your restaurant or ice cream shop recommendations to enhance her local experience!
